We love music, as should you. We’re gonna start plugging some on here, feel free to have a listen. but most of all just explore good tunes, we support a groovy lifestyle, and music does that for us. The first one is by my brother, Austin Hoover. Thanks to him I found out what good music is, take a listen, turn it up, scream and shout, dance to the beat of your own drum.
Here is the link to the spotify playlist, more of these to come!
This edition of film burned is a little extra, building on the community vibe we are embracing here at UNIFORM. Figs is a super talented photographer from Orlando, but is making the move up to Baltimore. We are here to help promote Andy a little bit, he is selling prints of some selected frames to help out a little with some simple moving costs. A win win for everyone, you can score some rad work for your walls at home, & in doing so help a good person with some gas money! Head to his instagram if you are interested in purchasing - @f.igs
If a purchase is out of the question, enjoy the beauty Andy portrays through his photographic eye. We are stoked to showcase some of Andy’s future work in the coming months when he settles into the culture of his new city! Safe travels brother.
Film Burned 003 - Jordan Hunt
Jordan Hunt, our Australian compadre, came all the way to Canada last year to fly agriculture planes. It didn’t quite pan out like expected, but he did get to travel the states for a great holiday at the end. He went to lots of corners of the great united states, check out his story through images.
Film Burned 002 - Leighton Hoey
A person either loves Valentine's Day because they have a significant other- or they hate it because they don't. This year in Jacksonville, a bunch of local bands got together and set up a "prom" themed show for the night of the (extremely dreaded/loved) holiday. It was an event that one could attend with a date and have a great time, or without a date and still have just as much fun.
I documented the night as I usually would, but tried to get some singular shots of everyone as well... because RARELY are we all dressed up.
Shot on 2/14/2019 - TMAX3200 + 600 (red framed) Polaroid instant film
Film Burned 001- Jordan Hoover
Welcome to the Re-incarnation of “Film Burned”. I use to do this feature on Vurb Moto in its last days. Thanks to my good friend Eric Shirk for letting me resurrect this to host here. Shirkky came up with the name for the feature many years ago.
So here we go, we will be hosting this feature once a week for as long as we can manage. In all my years of shooting film, I’ve gathered quite a network of fellow analog lovers. This is a platform for us all, not just myself. We hope to bring you all types of film - 35mm,120mm, large format, polaroid, & whatever in between.
I’m starting it off with my rolls from Atlanta Supercross this past weekend, 03.02.2019. It was a damn good time as always, cheers to my co-pilot Johnny Wasco, we conquered the weekend to the fullest.
I found such joy & happiness in the majority of the stadium employees, they were my favorite photos from the weekend.
Ms. Faye was my most important friend of the weekend. I will never forget her kind soul & bubbly smile.

We wound up in hurricane mills TN once again that warm first week of august. this time in support of our good friend Andy Dinicol. I made way to Nashville on my fav airline Frontier. The vibes were strong before I even left the airport, I came in hot. i’ll leave it at that.
I spent the week sleeping by the creek in my poler tent. Tons of film, tons of laughter, tons of stories.

I survived another one, & I’m not sure if I’ll go back.
